We offer a large range of solvent inks for print on different non-porous materials.
Especially the solvent inks delivered in the new improved HP45si cartridge provide long decap times and fast dry times without heat assistance to achieve high-productivity intermittent printing for industrial coding applications.
JR-991 is a solvent-based black ink that achieves brilliant versatility with high adaptability to a wider range of humidity. In addition, this ink has longer Decap time, longer shelf life, and more excellent adhesion.
JR-005 is a blue-based solvent ink ideal for non-porous substrates, including foils, films, hard plastic, glossy boxes, metals, and more.
JR-004 is a red-based ink developed to print on aluminum, blister foil, films, and non-porous materials without using a heater and this ink has excellent edge acuity.
JR-003 is a yellow-based ink ideal for dark color non-porous substrates such as rubbers, cables, cosmetic boxes, and auto parts. (See brochure for additional features).
JR-002 is a white-based ink ideal for dark color non-porous substrates such as rubbers, cables, cosmetic boxes, and auto parts. (See brochure for additional features).
JR-001 is a black-based ink that adheres to many substrates and dries instantly! This extra dark ink is used to print on non-porous substrates (See brochure for additional features).
SOLVENT INKS ARE DELIVERED IN THE HP45SI CARTRIDGE.
This cartridge is specially optimised for solvent inks for printing on non-porous material. The HP45si cartridge runs at faster speeds and prints at longer throw distances than the standard HP45A cartridge.
The HP45si print cartridges include a programmable HP Smart Card, a chip that offers built-in intelligence for improved uptime, predictability and troubleshooting.
