HSAJET® MiniTouch Printer on Bump Conveyor System

Recently we placed our HSAJET® MiniTouch printer on a bump conveyor system to print on food cartons for a food packaging customer. We used two MiniTouch controllers and four HP printheads on a bump conveyor system to create a custom solution of adjacent panel printing with a bump turn. With print breakthrough speeds of up to 300 m/min (984 ft/min) in 300 x 150 dpi, coupled with the HSAJET® MiniTouch high-quality print clarity, our customer was very happy with the results!

The HSAJET® MiniTouch is based upon reliable HP TIJ 2.5 technology, which delivers consistent, high-quality, fast printing, exceptional value, and ease of use. It can connect up to 4 pens to the controller, either as single heads or with a distributor box in a combination of 1, 2, and 3-pen printheads. The MiniTouch also has a print height of up to 2 inches and can be used to print: logos, text, barcodes, graphics, and more!

While the first print is being executed, you can set up the next layout for printing. Once the first layout has been printed, you can execute the prepared layout right away.

ADVANCED ADMINISTRATOR OPTIONS IN SOFTWARE

Flexible user-level management can guarantee that the correct data is printed. You can also grant user rights as desired and protect using a unique password. In addition, content may be filled by a prompt, which a different user, for guaranteed accuracy, must optionally validate. The controller is preloaded with a wide range of menu languages and localized month and day names.

Each MiniTouch controller is programmed separately, but our HSAUSA team of engineers can add custom options such as a PC to control however many Mintouch controllers are needed to operate your printing system.
