Dartronics, Inc. custom manufactured a clamshell denester feeding conveyor & closing system capable of producing up to 32 clamshells per minute.
Our Clamshell Feeding System produces 8 cycles every minute, placing 4 clamshells down each cycle. Of course, the speed can be reduced for more complex filling and fewer or less trained operators.

• Speeds: Up to 40,000 postcards per hour
• 120 VAC, at 5 Amp 60Hz, (240 optional)
• Available interlocks: Dry contact, 12 vdc, 24 vdc, 24 vac. Others upon request.
• Up to 60 cycles per minute per lane. Speed is dependent upon product characteristics
