Colordyne’s 1800 Series S features a highly configurable industrial design that supports a wide range of in-plant commercial print applications. These include traditional mailing and addressing printed documents with variable data and personalization. Easily print on stuffed envelopes, chipboard, corrugated cardboard, folding cartons and more.
The 1800 Series S helps businesses expand offerings for economical, short-run, high-quality color printing without sacrificing productivity and profitability. The sheet-fed digital benchtop features an electronic thickness control and a wider feed path that supports media up to 0.4-inch (10mm) thick and 10.5-inch wide by 17-inch long. When set up properly, speeds up to 9,400 #10 envelopes per hour are possible.
The versatility of the 1800 Series allows for longer run lengths, faster set up, and less waste. Jobs can be queued, recalled, and monitored during production from a 7-inch touchscreen display that provides quick access to all printer functions. Users can monitor printer status and ink levels as well as automate print head maintenance.
